MICRONEEDLING

Microneedling (also known as Collagen Induction Therapy) is a minimally invasive treatment, safe on all skin types, leaving skin rejuvenated and smoother.

The vertical microneedling device, has comparable results to laser treatments. Unlike lasers, this microneedling pen does not burn nor scrape the skin (like microdermabrasion). The mechanical action of the pen allows the needles to puncture the skin at a 90 degree angle and create controlled injury at a specific depth (ranging from 0.25mm to 2.5mm).

This collagen-inducing therapeutic treatment painlessly punctures the skin, creating controlled microscopic injuries to jumpstart the skin’s own healing and regenerative process. It stimulates fibroblasts, collagen and elastin—which create the structure that keeps skin looking and feeling firm and elastic. This powerhouse treatment can be customized to treat lines, wrinkles, dehydration, texture, scars, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, and reduce the appearance of pores. Mild redness or swelling may occur post-treatment and can last up to 24 hrs. The immediate result of this treatment is a visibly tighter, fresher, more even-toned, and all-around youthful complexion which may have lasting results for up to six months. For best results should be done in a series of three spaced out every 30 days.
